This Privacy Policy explains how Cresdata IT ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores and protects personal data when you visit cresdatait.com (the "Website") or contact us about our services. We process personal data in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL) and other applicable UAE laws.
1. Who we are
Cresdata IT provides information technology network services, IT infrastructure, datacenter colocation, computer systems housing, computer systems and communication equipment software design, web design, social media applications development and management, marketing via social media, data entry, and education and training in computer software.

2. Data we collect
The Website has no user accounts, no contact forms and no analytics or advertising trackers. We collect personal data only when you choose to contact us:
- By phone or WhatsApp: your phone number, your name if you give it, and the content of the conversation.
- By email: your email address, your name, and the content of your message and any attachments.
- During an engagement: business contact details, and the technical information, credentials, content or data you give us so that we can deliver the work.
Our hosting provider automatically records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, date and time) for security and operational purposes.
3. How we use personal data
- To reply to your enquiry and communicate with you;
- To prepare quotations, deliver contracted services and provide support;
- To meet legal, regulatory, accounting and audit obligations in the UAE;
- To protect the security of our Website and systems.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or third-party marketing.
4. Data we handle on your behalf
When we host, manage, enter or process data for a client (for example in colocation, systems housing, data entry or social media management), we act on that client's instructions. We keep that data confidential, use it only to perform the agreed service, and return or delete it at the end of the engagement as the contract sets out.
5. Legal basis
We rely on your consent when you contact us, the performance of a contract when we deliver services to you, legal obligations, and our legitimate interests in running and securing our business, consistent with the PDPL.
6. Sharing of data
We share personal data only with:
- Service providers who host our Website, email and infrastructure, under confidentiality obligations;
- Professional advisers (legal, accounting, audit) where necessary;
- UAE authorities where the law requires it.
7. International transfers
Where data is stored on servers outside the UAE (for example, email or cloud infrastructure), we take reasonable steps to make sure it receives a level of protection consistent with the PDPL.
8. Retention
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as we need it to handle the enquiry, and engagement records for the length of the engagement plus the period required by UAE commercial and tax law. Data we no longer need is deleted or anonymised.
9. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including access control, encryption in transit, backups and least-privilege access, to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
10. Your rights
Subject to the PDPL, you have the right to:
- Ask for access to the personal data we hold about you;
- Ask us to correct inaccurate data;
- Ask us to delete data we no longer need to keep;
- Withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect processing already carried out lawfully);
- Object to, or ask us to restrict, certain processing.
